The following clinical case study refers to a patient who visits the clinic to fix the aesthetics of her smile. She has multiple recessions in the upper anterior region, where the most critical area is in the canines due to the presence of severe abfraction and lack of keratinized gingiva. It was decided to perform a combined treatment using Class V restorations and tunnel with connective tissue graft and coronally advanced flap technique to cover the recessions and to gain keratinized gingiva.
