Presenting a clinical case on treating a patient with peri-implantitis, carried out by Drs. Estefanía Laguna, Eduardo Montero and David Herrera of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid’s School of Dentistry.
This case discusses a 62 year old female patient who comes into the dental office for gingival inflammation with bleeding and discharge in implant number 46. For treatment, intraoral and periodontal examinations were performed as well as radiographic testing and microbiological diagnostics.
