Mucogingival implant therapy: correcting the mucosal sequelae of peri-implantitis

The following case shows the flawless resolution of a mucogingival defect surrounding an implant with signs of peri-implant disease. In the first phase, inflammation was controlled, and in the second phase, a connective tissue graft was performed by combining the envelope and tunnel techniques.
